British Baking - Advanced Cakes

Come explore recipes from the PBS show The Great British Bake Off! If you are passionate about baked goods (or British television), this class is a must.

Attendees should have some previous knowledge of baking as this is an advanced class featuring comprised cakes from Pastry Chefs Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood.

• Battenberg
• Pear Hazelnut Chocolate Pavlova

This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
