Advanced Pastry - Confections
Immerse yourself into the world of confections. In this class you will learn to create some of the most popular confections in the world, Milky Way and Snickers. Focusing on the technique of cooking sugar to different stages you will derive fudge, nougat, ganache, and caramel. And of course, how to assemble it all into delectable bites!
This workshop is for adults 18 +. Younger cooks may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Class length estimate is 4 hours.
