Bienvenidos to CSCA’s first authentic Mexican bread making class! In this class we will learn to make three traditional pan dulces, or in English, sweet breads. These traditional and flavorful sweet breads will give you a glimpse into Mexican culture, each bread having a unique and interesting origin. From holiday celebrations, to everyday consumption, there is a pan dulce for every taste bud. Conchas, Pan de Muerto, and Rosca de Reyes await you!
This is a live, in-person, COVID-Careful Class to be held at CSCA.
This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
