Learn what makes a great soup base, how to cook seasonally, and of course discover just what went into those slow-cooking stews that Grandma used to make all fall and winter. This workshop shows us just how approachable soups and stews should be.

This is a live, in-person, COVID-Careful Class to be held at CSCA.
This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
