Tarts 101 - Lemon Curd and Chocolate Cream Meringue
We're breaking it down to the basics in this class. Recreating two of the world's most famous tarts, you'll learn how to make a tender buttery tart shell, a bright and tangy curd, a velvety smooth chocolate pastry cream, and a cloud-like meringue to top them off. You'll get a chance to try a comprised tart in class as well as take one home to share (or not!).
This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
