Learn to break down a whole chicken into its individual parts and turn them into chef-worthy delicious recipes! Every student will work with their own whole chicken to sharpen up those chicken butchery skills.

This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger cooks may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
