Head into our kitchens to learn about all the fresh and and amazing produce that New England has to offer. You'll learn simple tips and hints as well as fun seasonal techniques that will help make your next cookout mouthwatering. (Our "poor man's" lobster rolls will have you begging for more.)

- Fresh Cavatelli with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
- Thai Grilled Cornish Game Hens
- Grilled Peaches with Mascarpone
This class is for adults 18+. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger cooks may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
