Please join us as we welcome back Rose Levy Beranbaum to the CSCA, award-winning author of a dozen books including The Cake Bible, The Bread Bible, and The Pastry Bible. Rose will be coming to Cambridge to bake a selection of sweet treats from her latest book The Cookie Bible, which presents many delicious cookies.

Rose is touring through many cities in the next few months to share her immense knowledge of baking and pastry arts. In addition to her demonstration (complete with plenty of tasty samples!) at CSCA, Rose will discuss her career, take Q & A, and sign copies of her books.

Recipes demonstrated and sampled will include: 

• Chocolate Ice Cream (Recipe is from Rose's Ice Cream Book that was published in 2020, we will have copies for sale at the event)
• Chocolate Truffle Cookies
• Tahini Crisps
