Cooking Couples Seasonal Flavors - Winter

Part of our seasonal cooking classes, this class focuses on ingredients when they are at their peak flavor. Go to your local produce stand, farmer's market or C.S.A., and put these recipes to test at home!

Recipes include:

• Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Crostini
• Braised Beef Short Ribs with Cherries and Parsnip Fennel Puree
• Kale and Persimmon Salad with Poppy seed Vinaigrette
• Ginger and Molasses Hasty Pudding

This is a live, in-person, COVID-Careful Class to be held at CSCA. 

Cooking Couples classes are for adults 21 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours.
