Pies 101

It's never too early to get your pie game on. Learn how to make a perfect, flaky, tender pie dough and practice important techniques like blind baking (and determine when you really need to or not). We'll show you how to make a delicious filling and of course, the toppings that accompany your favorite pie. Don't let the holidays sneak up on you this year! Get those rolling pins out and bake!

This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
