What are you bringing to your holiday gathering this year? How about a holiday classic? The Bûche de Noël - also know as the Yule Log. In this class you will create cake components (cake, buttercream, ganache and marzipan decorations) and craft it into a beautiful centerpiece to bring to your holiday table.
This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
